Care Instructions

Slippers are machine washable at 30°C.

We recommend air-drying, although tumble drying at a moderate temperature is possible.

Order

For any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us and share your feedback, as it allows us to improve and evolve our procedures.

We commit to receiving and handling any quality issues within 4 months from the date of purchase. Beyond this period, your purchase will no longer be guaranteed. There are always specific cases, so if you wish, write to us and we will carefully review your request.

To place your order, you must:


1. From the homepage https://collegien-shop.fr/, select the desired product by clicking on the image.


2. On the product page, select the size, then click the "add to cart" button.


3. To confirm your order, click on the cart at the top right containing one or more items and follow the order confirmation steps.

Once your order is confirmed, you'll receive a confirmation email with your order number in the subject line, and a summary of the items that will be shipped.

If your order has just been confirmed and you find that it does not match what you ultimately want, you can contact our customer service by email: contact@collegien-shop.com or by phone: +33 (0)5 63 58 48 59, who will do their best to adjust quantities, change a model, etc.

Return and refund conditionsYou have 1 month from the shipping date to return all or part of your order for an exchange or refund.

Defective or damaged productIf an item is defective or damaged, there's no need to return it. Please send us photos along with your order number to contact@collegien-shop.com.


Returns from the following countriesFrance, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Spain, Finland, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Czech Republic, United Kingdom, Slovakia, Slovenia:

· You can request a prepaid return label from our customer service.
· Return costs are not covered as part of a refund.
· If you use the prepaid return label, a flat fee of €6.95 (France) or €11 (outside France) will be deducted from your refund. Please include the completed return form in your parcel.

Quality checkOn receipt, items will be inspected. Any product that is worn, used, damaged or incomplete cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Please make sure to send your parcel using a secure, trackable method, and keep your proof of postage.

Any order placed before 12 PM is prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 hours (excluding special promotions, sales periods, or Christmas). Orders placed after 12 PM are prioritized on the next business day.

Where do we deliver?

Delivery times then depend on the carriers.
*Since Brexit, the buyer may be subject to import-related taxes and duties.

COLLEGIEN-SHOP.COM ships everywhere in the European Union, as well as worldwide.

Delivery to the United States, Switzerland and other countries subject to import tax is made on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.

The recipient will be responsible for paying any import or local taxes related to their order.

Free shipping from €100 of purchases applies to the following countries:

France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Spain, United Kingdom, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, San Marino and Vatican City.

Your orders are shipped in an envelope that allows the package to be placed in your mailbox if you are absent.

Otherwise, a delivery notice is left in your mailbox. However, if your package has not been delivered within 10 days of shipment, we invite you to contact us.

Yes, of course.

You just need to enter a delivery address different from the billing address when confirming your order, in step 3: "Delivery and payment".

If you're not fully satisfied with your order, you can exchange all or part of it.

You have 1 month from the shipping date to do so.

Once the expiration date has passed, it will no longer be possible to use a gift card, and no refunds will be issued.

We offer you different payment methods:

Slippers

Made using traditional craftsmanship, our slippers can sometimes shrink slightly during manufacturing. To choose the right size, the table below will help you decide.

However, if you're between two sizes, we recommend sizing up from your usual size.
