Free delivery in Europe

Delivery is free for purchases of €100 or more in the following European Union member countries:

Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, the Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.

Below this amount, delivery charges apply and are calculated and displayed before you confirm your order.

Delivery outside the European Union

We deliver to more than 50 countries worldwide. For any order shipped outside the European Union, delivery charges apply in all cases, regardless of the order amount. Customs duties or local taxes may also apply according to the regulations of your destination country and remain payable by the customer.

Delivery to a pickup point
For orders delivered in France, Belgium, Germany and the Netherlands, you can choose delivery to a Colissimo pickup point: post office, retailer pickup point or locker. The pickup point is selected immediately after payment, on the order confirmation page. If you do not make a selection, we will automatically assign the pickup point closest to your delivery address. Colissimo will notify you by email or SMS as soon as your parcel is available; you will then have 14 working days to collect it.

Preparation and transit times vary depending on your delivery country. The estimated time for your destination is indicated when you place your order, before payment is confirmed.
