Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn, unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted. If you have any questions about a return, feel free to reach out to us at contact@collegien-shop.com at any time.

Return shipping costs

You may use the prepaid return label we provide. In this case, a fee of €6.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping costs, as these are not covered by Collégien under a standard refund. If you'd rather arrange your own return shipment, no fee will be deducted from your refund, but you will be responsible for the shipping costs.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Items purchased from our sale/clearance collection are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

Exchanges

To exchange an item (size, color), please contact us at contact@collegien-shop.com with your order number.

In accordance with European regulations, our 30-day return policy meets and exceeds the legal 14-day withdrawal period applicable within the European Union.

Quality control and refunds

Upon receiving your parcel, our quality team checks the condition of the returned merchandise. A refund or exchange will only be validated if the item shows no signs of wear, damage, or misuse. We will notify you as soon as we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved.

If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at contact@collegien-shop.com.
