Wool and cashmere love water, so you can forget everything you may have heard or read!
We recommend regularly washing your socks and tights. A gentle wash is strongly advised. You can wash your socks and tights in cold water using a special wool or silk detergent, or a non-abrasive organic detergent. Avoid fabric softener completely. We recommend never exceeding 600 rpm for spinning.
Air drying flat is recommended, away from a radiator whose heat could warp the fabric. We suggest using special brushes, which are ideal for removing pilling that forms on socks.

Giza 45 Egyptian cotton, soft and durable, is suited to everyday year-round use. Merino wool, mulesing-free and antibacterial, brings warmth in winter without ever itching. Fil d'Écosse, lighter and more breathable, is perfect for warm days while remaining very durable.

For cotton and Scottish thread: machine wash at 30°, air dry rather than tumble dry to preserve the fibers. For merino wool: delicate cycle with low spin, no fabric softener or bleach, flat air drying to prevent felting.

Made with yarns selected for their durability, our socks are designed to withstand intensive daily use without stretching out of shape, often being passed down from one sibling to the next.
